IN OFFICE ROLE!

Shift Schedule: 7am-7pm for one month, then rotate to 7pm-7am on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities: Perform lab tests to determine the physical characteristics of all materials and ensure they meet company criteria. Tests must be completed promptly to minimize scrap due to quality issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
• Ability to enter data into ERP/MRP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, instructions, and procedures
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication/division
• Ability to work in a plant environment with exposure to heat
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis (one month days, next month nights)

Must pass background check, reference check, and drug screening.
