Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Control Expert for a Round Rock, TX role in a leading Life Sciences and Biotechnology company. You will support analytical testing, product development, and quality assurance within the Quality Control Laboratory.

The candidate should have a BS or MS in Chemistry or related Life Sciences, 2+ years in an analytical lab, hands-on HPLC/GC experience, and familiarity with GMP/GLP/ISO environments. Strong technical writing and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Chemistry or a related Life Sciences field.
2+ years of industry experience in an analytical lab.
Hands-on experience with chromatography (HPLC/GC).
Experience in GMP/GLP/ISO or other regulated environments.
Strong technical writing and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples using HPLC and GC.
Conduct stability studies and support product development, validation, and tech transfer.
Investigate OOS results and assist with root-cause analysis.
Prepare technical reports, batch records, test specifications, and lab documentation.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and qualify analytical instrumentation while ensuring compliance.
