ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Control Expert for a Round Rock, TX role in a leading Life Sciences and Biotechnology company. You will support analytical testing, product development, and quality assurance within the Quality Control Laboratory.

The candidate should have a BS or MS in Chemistry or related Life Sciences, 2+ years in an analytical lab, hands-on HPLC/GC experience, and familiarity with GMP/GLP/ISO environments. Strong technical writing and problem-solving are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Perform analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples using HPLC and GC.
• Conduct stability studies and support product development, validation, and tech transfer.
• Investigate OOS results and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, batch records, test specifications, and lab documentation.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and qualify analytical instrumentation while ensuring compliance.

Our client, a leading Life Sciences and Biotechnology company, is seeking a Quality Control Expert to join their team. As a Quality Control Expert, you will be part of the Quality Control Laboratory supporting analytical testing, product development, and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent technical communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Quality Control Expert

Location : Round Rock, TX

Pay Range : $35 - $38/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples using HPLC and GC.
• Conduct stability studies and support product development, validation, and technical transfer activities.
• Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) results and assist with root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, batch records, test specifications, and laboratory documentation.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and qualify analytical instrumentation while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

What's Needed?

• BS or MS in Chemistry or a related Life Sciences field.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with chromatography, specifically HPLC and GC.
• Experience working in GMP, GLP, ISO, or other regulated environments.
• Strong technical writing, documentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
