Job summary

Hot Topic is seeking a Quality Control Associate at our Tennessee Distribution Center to ensure product quality across materials and assemblies. You will enforce QC checks and support the DC team in delivering compliant shipments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Receiving and other departments, requires physical stamina, ability to lift 20–50 pounds, and proficiency with Excel and Word. On-site schedule Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm.

Qualifications

• DC experience preferred
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and email
• Capable in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Able to stand long periods and lift 20–50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Inspect product and packaging to ensure regulatory standards are met
• Provide alerts/solutions for non-compliant shipments
• Collaborate with Receiving and DC teams to process purchase orders
• Process wholesale POs per Disney requirements
• Perform other duties as needed
