Job summary

Hot Topic is seeking a Quality Control Associate at our Tennessee Distribution Center to ensure product quality across materials and assemblies. You will enforce QC checks and support the DC team in delivering compliant shipments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Receiving and other departments, requires physical stamina, ability to lift 20–50 pounds, and proficiency with Excel and Word. On-site schedule Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm.

Qualifications

• DC experience preferred
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and email
• Capable in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Able to stand long periods and lift 20–50 pounds

Help us cross our T's and dot our I's as a Quality Control Associate within our Tennessee Distribution Center. This position ensures consistent product quality for the company's brands by enforcing effective quality control checks on materials, components, and assemblies. This position plays a key role within the Quality Control Team.

Pay range

Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Inspect product and packaging compliance and ensure that regulatory standards are met
• Provide prompt alerts and/or solutions for non-compliant shipments
• Collaborates with the Receiving department and other departments inside the DC to process purchase orders
• Process wholesale POs per Disney requirements
• Performs other job duties as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Previous DC experience preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Computer literate with Excel, Word, and email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20-50 pounds
