Job summary

Hot Topic is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support the Retail side by packing and shipping merchandise to keep stores stocked.

You'll handle order packing, data entry into PTL and DC systems, inventory checks, and assist with loading/unloading trailers. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment; overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic data entry and attention to detail for order processing.
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced retail DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare orders with accuracy and speed.
• Process and verify retail orders to support workflow.
• Enter data into PTL and other DC systems during operations.
• Receive and stock new merchandise, keeping inventory up to date.
• Load/unload trailers using pallet jacks or provided equipment.
