JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This role is to educate WTI personnel on proper product use application, provide installation training on and off the roof, oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections, and post-completion inspections of smaller projects. The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and post-project completion. The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work.
2. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting.
3. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
4. Attend pre-con's on large projects. Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work. Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice. Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch-list. Perform final inspections when needed.
5. Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
   • Peel tests
   • Product recommendations
   • Proper product installations
6. Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials.
7. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
8. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation.
9. Perform safety audits while on site to ensure all safety requirements are being met and consult with the safety team when necessary.
10. Communicate professionally with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team.
11. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable.
12. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested.
13. Support the region as needed when the weather conditions do not allow for your normal job responsibilities.
14. All other Quality Control inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager.
15. Travel within assigned territory, and complete expense reports on a timely basis.
