Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group in Sherwood, OR is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely production of collectible labels used in our grading process.

You will print label orders, operate automated cutting machines, review and inspect labels for accuracy and defects, verify stock, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, quality control, printing, or detail-oriented work.
• Experience with repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
• Ability to meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers, scanners, and production software.
• Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print label orders using specialized printing equipment and software.
• Operate automated cutting machines to prepare labels according to production specifications.
• Review printed labels to verify accuracy of item descriptions, grades, certification information, and other order details.
• Inspect labels for print quality issues such as smudges, streaks, misalignment, incorrect colors, missing information, or other defects.
• Verify that labels are printed on the correct stock and materials based on order requirements.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency while processing repetitive production tasks.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround goals within a fast-paced production environment.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
• Utilize computer systems, scanners, and internal software to retrieve orders and process production work.
• Follow established quality control procedures and company standards throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production objectives.
