Responsibilities

• Ensure production files align with approved creative, client instructions, postal requirements, and job specifications.
• Examine proofs for accuracy in layout, personalization, imaging, barcodes, indicia, addressing, versioning, and mail piece specifications.
• Review mail piece dimensions, folds, inserts, package components, and finishing requirements for consistency with production plans.
• Confirm mail quantities are correct across the entire campaign as well as individual campaign production lots.
• Review print specification sheets for accuracy prior to being released into production.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements that reduce errors and improve turnaround times.
• Other functions as requested by management.

Job Summary

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for reviewing and validating direct mail job components before production to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client approval. This role plays a critical part in verifying data signoffs, reviewing vendor proofs, checking mailing specifications, and ensuring all production files meet internal standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in direct mail workflows, print production, and data-driven campaigns.

Schedule

• 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities
