Job Description

1. Ensures timely completion of monthly and quarterly mortgage servicing audits.
2. Communicates accurate, concise, and constructive exception details to Production managers and staff.
3. Assists with creating and implementing QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with scopes of work.
4. Analyzes individual loan files and determines compliance with Federal and State Regulations, Agency guidelines, and company procedures.
5. Validates data integrity of loans in servicing systems.
6. Identifies all red flags within a loan file and ensures they are addressed accordingly.
7. Responds promptly to staff and management as a subject matter expert for the assigned scope.
8. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma and 3+ years of single-family mortgage and/or QC servicing experience OR Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and self-management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to clarify information and resolve issues.
• Adaptability to changing work conditions with minimal notice.
• Strong attention to detail.
