A leading retail service center seeks a Quality Control / Shipping Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipping. Responsibilities include performing QA checks, managing shipments, and supporting inventory tasks, as well as assisting with general center functions.
The Quality Control / Shipping Clerk delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers. He or she performs a final check of all finished sign products and ensures everything is correct before calling the customer to pick up their signs. The Quality Control / Shipping Clerk will box and ship signs when necessary and check in inventory.
The ideal candidate has previous shipping experience, strong computer and internet skills, excellent proof-reading skills and an attention to detail, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
