This on-site, full-time position offers a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends, and benefits. A Pharmacy Technician Trainee License is required, along with basic computer and MS Office skills, and a strong team-oriented work approach.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician Trainee License is required.
• Must perform basic computer functions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Must work well in a team oriented environment and have strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Collect medication samples and prepare submissions to third-party laboratories.
• Enter, manage, and maintain quality control data in computer systems.
• Package and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Create and maintain digital and physical documentation for medications.
• Input lab results, clear medications, and process batch paperwork and logs.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
• Communicate with multiple departments regarding medication status, timelines, and needs.
• Support workflow efficiency through cross-functional collaboration.
• Complete order entry and refills under pharmacist supervision.
• Manage inventory, storage, labeling, log sheets, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Collect medication samples and prepare submissions to third-party laboratories
• Enter, manage, and maintain quality control data in computer systems
• Package and prepare samples for laboratory testing
• Create and maintain digital and physical documentation for medications
• Input lab results, clear medications, and process batch paperwork and logs
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (first-in, first-out) procedures
• Communicate with multiple departments regarding medication status, timelines, and needs
