Shift: Night Shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $16-17 DOE
Adecco is currently hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a growing electronics manufacturing company in Nampa, ID. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards and customer requirements before shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Perform first article inspections and in-process inspections to verify product quality and compliance.
Inspect products at various stages of production to identify defects, nonconformities, and quality concerns.
Monitor and evaluate production quality assurance processes.
Communicate quality trends and recurring issues to production personnel and management to support continuous improvement efforts.
Enter inspection results and nonconformance data into company systems and quality documentation.
Assist with quality projects and special assignments as directed by the Quality Manager.
Maintain compliance with company quality policies, objectives, and quality management systems.
Support production operations as needed through cross-training and collaboration with manufacturing teams.
Assist in training and onboarding new Quality Department team members when required.
Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills and ability to accurately record inspection results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards is preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or quality assurance preferred.
Prior experience in a multi-process manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
