Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking an Ultrasonic Testing Technician/Quality Manager for our facility in Hicksville, OH. This full-time, exempt role will guide the Site Quality Control Department toward operational excellence, cultivate staff, and partner with production to uphold acceptable quality and accountability.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years in quality management in steel fabrication. Certifications in AWS CWI and SNT-TC-1A Level II (UT/MPI) are required or preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of quality management experience in steel fabrication.
• Certification in AWS CWI and SNT-TC-1A Level II in UT/MPI.
• ISO or AISC audit/certification experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Quality Control Department toward operational excellence.
• Cultivate and grow quality staff and partner with production.
• Monitor COPQ and report on quality performance.
