Job summary

High Steel Structures LLC in Williamsport, PA is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our inspection and testing programs. The role focuses on proactively maintaining high product quality and driving continuous improvement across all QC activities.

The candidate will supervise fabrication-quality operations, coordinate with outside inspectors, and ensure adherence to coatings and non-destructive testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in fabrication inspection.
• Progressive supervisory experience, preferably in steel fabrication.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering Management, Quality Control or related major preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team in Williamsport, PA.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in fabrication inspection.
• Previous progressive supervisory experience required, preferably in steel fabrication.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering Management, Quality Control or related major preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND/OR REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

• Level II certification in Radiography (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) preferred.
• Level II certification in Phased-Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) preferred.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required.
• AAMP Level I or III certification (Coatings) preferred.
