Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the Quality Control Program for a major civil and infrastructure construction project. The role reports to ensure compliance with contract quality requirements and coordinate inspections and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control or construction management on comparable projects.
• Strong knowledge of QC processes, inspections, testing, and contract compliance.
• Experience on heavy civil, utility, infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the project Quality Control Plan in compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead quality control meetings and oversee the Three Phases of Control.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Review submittals and verify work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve nonconforming work through corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Support project closeout, punch-list completion, and final acceptance activities.
• Monitor quality-related safety concerns and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
