Anchor Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and manage the Quality Control Program for a major civil and infrastructure construction project.
During the initial project assignment, this individual will serve exclusively as the project’s Quality Control Manager and will be responsible for implementing the approved Quality Control Plan, coordinating required inspections and testing, managing the Three Phases of Control, and ensuring compliance with all contract quality requirements.
Following successful completion of the initial project, the position is intended to transition into a Project Manager role, subject to individual performance, project availability, and business needs. The future Project Manager assignment would include responsibility for project financial performance, scheduling, subcontractor management, documentation, client relationships, and the safe, high-quality production of assigned projects.

This position requires regular work at active construction sites and in office or project‑trailer environments. The employee must be able to walk uneven terrain, stand for extended periods, wear required PPE, work in varying weather conditions, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
