A leading provider of DoD support is hiring a Quality Control Manager for Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The role involves ensuring quality service, compliance, and safety checks while reporting findings to project managers. Candidates should have relevant QC experience and a Top Secret Clearance, with a part-time schedule offering flexibility as they monitor vital quality control processes.
Quality Control Manager – Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling
The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Manager is to ensure quality services to customers. The Quality Control Manager will report on performance levels and compliance with an established QC program, test and inspect services and work performed for adherence to contract requirements and performance standards, evaluate data, and write reports to validate or indicate deviations. They will also recommend modifications or necessary actions to achieve optimal quality and monitor building conditions for potential QC issues or violations, in collaboration with the Safety Supervisor. Additionally, the QC Manager monitors work assignments and projects for safety or health concerns. They produce and analyze reports, make recommendations for quality improvements, and investigate complaints, reporting findings to the project manager. The ideal candidate promotes quality and customer service excellence and works directly with the project manager, operations manager, safety supervisor, and the U.S. Government.
*This position is Part Time, averaging 24-32 hours per week
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience, qualifications, and clearance
