Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality Control staff to improve inspection methods.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality control inspection methods.
• Review internal NCRs, CAPAs, and other Quality System inputs.
• Ensure nonconforming material is documented and communicated.
• Develop and implement quality control inspection plans.
• Ensure First Article Inspections for new articles.
• Maintain departmental process efficiency goals.
