Job summary

AAR Corp in Florida seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to develop and maintain systems ensuring all products meet customer requirements and AAR specifications for civil and defense programs. You will lead the on-site QC team, coordinate quality programs at new program sites, and prepare for ISO 9000 and government audits.

Travel 30–50% is required, and you will train inspectors and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the QC staff on site to increase productivity and quality.
• Assist in determining need for Quality Organization and Processes for new programs.
• Coordinate and implement quality processes at new program sites.
• Prepare for and represent during ISO 9000, U.S. Government, defense department, and customer quality audits.
• Travel 30%-50% as required.
• Administer effective training of Quality Control inspectors.
