Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA. The role focuses on managing contract quality control, implementing quality and safety plans, and leading the site quality management system.

You will use risk-based inspections, customer feedback, and metrics to identify deficiencies, verify corrective actions, and support government surveillance. Strong document control and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing inspection/audit plans and documenting nonconformances.
• Ability to use electronic inspection records and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Maintain training and quality records and ensure timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality control plan for the contract and all tabs.
• Perform inspections, record results, communicate deficiencies, and track corrective actions.
• Review audits and monitor root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the safety organization and program manager on quality matters.
• Develop monthly risk-based inspection schedules and checklists.
• Prepare monthly quality metrics for the COR using government system reports.
• Ensure on-site core-hour coverage and after-hours availability.
• Support government surveillance findings with independent assessment.
