As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and overseeing project-specific quality control plans that align with company standards, specifications, and industry requirements. This role ensures compliance through site inspections, record audits, and team collaboration while managing non-conformances and promoting continuous improvement.

Working Conditions:
Work is frequently performed in an office setting with controlled climate. Work is occasionally performed outdoors, often in varying weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow. The work environment could involve exposure to equipment, moving parts, uneven ground, excessive noise, dust, fumes, chemicals and heights.
Physical Requirements:
This position primarily involves sitting for extended periods, working on a computer, and performing repetitive tasks such as typing and using a mouse. Employees must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. This position frequently involves sitting, standing stationarily, walking, balancing and reaching. Frequently hand use will require simple grasping and finger keys, with occasional firm grasp being necessary. Normal job responsibilities will require position to speak, hear, and have adequate vision capabilities including: near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation and field of vision. Work will occasionally require bending and stooping at the waist/torso, bending and twisting at the neck and head, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
