Hui Huliau, through its subsidiary Pono Aina Management LLC, is seeking a Quality Control Manager for the Oklahoma City area. The role oversees all QC activities, implements the QC program, and may serve as SSHO. Occasional duties as Project Superintendent may apply.

You will lead weekly QC meetings, review submittals, ensure testing, maintain logs, coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems, and ensure proper closeout documentation. US citizenship and DBIDS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards with Federal Government, State, City & County work.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Decision making ability and leadership skills.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Familiarity with basic safety rules and regulations, OSHA and Army Corp EM-385.

Responsabilités

• Manage QC activities and implement the QC program; may serve as SSHO.
• Attend partnering meetings; chair QC meetings; provide minutes.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance to specs.
• Ensure testing is performed and QC documentation is complete.
• Maintain logs (submittals, testing, inspections, training).
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems.
• Ensure as-built drawings are updated and closeout items submitted.
