Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality on federal construction projects at Fort Sill, OK. The role requires expertise in federal standards, safety regulations, and leading a project team to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.

You will develop and implement the Quality Control Plan, review submittals, coordinate testing, document findings, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certification required or equivalent.
• USACE CQM certification required.
• Experience with Procore and RMS on federal projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PDF document handling.
• Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specs for contract compliance.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality control inspections of materials, workmanship, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system and address non-conformances.
