Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the job ad.
• Minimum 5 years of quality control/assurance experience in gov/military/aviation/logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, administer, and maintain the contract Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Serve as primary point of contact for quality-related matters with Government customers.
• Establish quality objectives, inspection criteria, performance standards, and procedures.
• Ensure contract performance meets metrics and service levels.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct inspections of contract operations.
• Evaluate training, maintenance, logistics, and support activities for compliance.
• Verify work performance, process effectiveness, and documentation accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with Army regs, safety standards, and SOPs.
• Investigate deficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
