EMI Services is seeking a Quality Control Manager to work with the project manager, operations manager, safety supervisor, and U.S. Government on Camp Pendleton. The role ensures quality services, tests and inspects for contract compliance, analyzes data, and reports deviations.

The successful candidate will monitor safety, lead QC teams, and promote quality and customer service excellence. Starting at $100,000 (DOE) with employer paid insurance, this position requires strong communication,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal projects
• Experience with Government Contracts and Personnel
• ASQ CMQ/OE Certification and safety certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager, FSM, SSHO, subcontractors and QCI staff
• Oversee QC inspections and documentation of service and maintenance work
• Develop and maintain QC surveillance and tracking system
• Implement QC plan ensuring environmental plan compliance and reporting
• Advise PM on QC status and strategies
• Monitor credentials and training needs for personnel
• Enforce safety rules and manage QC Inspectors
• Lead monthly QCM meetings with Government
• Perform additional duties as required
