Job summary

EMI Services in Washington, DC, seeks a part-time Quality Control Manager for Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling to ensure contract quality and compliance. Reports to the Project Manager and Safety Supervisor, focusing on testing, reporting, and recommending improvements.

Candidate must have 3+ years QC/Safety management or 5+ years QC Inspector in a DoD environment, U.S. citizenship, Top Secret with SCI eligibility, REAL ID license, and be willing to undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• DoD facilities support services experience preferred.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• U.S. citizenship required to access military installations.
• REAL ID-compliant driver license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QC surveillance and tracking system for maintenance shops and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement QC plan ensuring environmental plan compliance and performance monitoring.
• Advise Project Manager on QC status and potential issues.
• Monitor qualifications or credentials required by personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
