The Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, enforcing, and documenting the Quality Control (QC) Program in support of the WDTC Data Science Division Information Technology Support Services contract. This position provides independent oversight of contract performance to ensure all services are delivered in full compliance with contractual requirements, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The Quality Control Manager will monitor operational performance trends, verify adherence to staffing qualifications and certification requirements, oversee Government property accountability processes, and ensure timely identification and resolution of deficiencies through corrective action procedures. In addition, the role supports Government surveillance and audit activities by maintaining accurate, inspection‑ready quality records, validating the effectiveness of corrective actions, and promoting continuous process improvement to enhance overall service delivery and mission support.
