Job summary

KDC-ONE is hiring a Quality Control Manager to oversee chemaid lab QC activities in Saddle Brook, NJ. You will lead laboratory testing, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, and drive CAPA programs to support fast, compliant product release.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will manage QC staff, review COAs, and continuously improve quality systems while maintaining thorough documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering with QC/ops experience in cosmetics or related industries.
• Experience with GMP, FDA, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record leading QC teams and CAPA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QC procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Oversee laboratory testing and inspection of raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead CAPA investigations and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and supports regulatory submissions.
