Quality Control Manager – Mission Critical Projects
We’re seeking a high-impact Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC excellence on some of Texas’ most complex and mission-critical construction projects. You’ll play a pivotal role ensuring precision, reliability, and performance across MEP systems, building envelope integrity, and Tier-level data center environments—where quality is non-negotiable.
What You’ll Own
- Lead Quality Strategy: Develop and execute the Project Quality Plan, including inspection protocols, testing requirements, and documentation standards
- Drive Field Excellence: Perform and oversee inspections across all scopes, ensuring proper installation, material handling, and compliance with design intent
- Mission Critical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Tier classifications, redundancy systems, commissioning readiness, and envelope performance (air/water/vapor tightness)
- Collaborative Leadership: Facilitate quality and coordination meetings; proactively resolve field challenges alongside project teams
- Digital Quality Management: Own QC documentation workflows in Procore and other platforms, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness.
What Sets You Apart
- 7+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in QC, superintendent, or field engineering roles
- Proven success on data centers, healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong technical foundation in MEP systems and/or building envelope performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- OSHA 30 Certification (required)
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools
- USACE CQC Certification (preferred)
