Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager or similar QC/QA leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications in quality control or safety (e.g., CQM, OSHA 30) preferred.
• Solar or Journeyman Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments across multiple job sites.
• Identify quality and safety deficiencies and drive corrective action plans to resolution.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate QC documentation, reports, and records for all projects.
• Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and report quality metrics to senior leadership
