Job summary

Adam Richmond Safety Services is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QC initiatives across multiple Colorado locations. The role focuses on developing programs, conducting site inspections, and driving corrective actions to elevate safety and compliance.

You will mentor staff, track KPIs, and partner with operations to uphold rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven QC/QA leadership experience, strong knowledge of safety regulations, and a track record of maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QC/QA leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Certifications in quality control or safety (e.g., OSHA 30, CQM) preferred.
• Solar or Journeyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs, policies, and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments across multiple Colorado job sites
• Identify quality and safety deficiencies and drive corrective action plans to resolution
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Maintain accurate QC documentation, reports, and records for all projects
• Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and best practices
• Monitor KPIs and report quality metrics to senior leadership

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Relevant certifications in quality control or safety (e.g., CQM, OSHA 30) preferred
• Solar or Journeyman Experience
