Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead the QC team, manage quality systems, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and compliance.

You will coordinate quality and testing plans with operations, lead internal and external audits, ensure safety and ISO standards, and prepare reports that identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven management and leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality processes, production planning, and safety management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and quality-related documentation systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Job Overview

Preferred Qualifications
  • ISO quality management system experience.
  • Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Level I & II and ACI certifications.
  • PCI Level III certification is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills are a plus.
Work Availability
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance according to company guidelines.
  • Must be available and willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
Physical Demands

The physical demands described include standing, walking, sitting, use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; talking or hearing; climbing stairs and/or ladders; occasionally reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Environmental Conditions

Must be able to work in hot temperatures in summer and cold temperatures in winter months. Must be able to work in dusty, dirty, and noisy factory conditions.
