The Role

As a QA/QC Construction Manager, you'll act as the owner/contractor's on-site advocate, ensuring all work meets stringent quality, schedule, and scope requirements. The role blends construction management, owner's rep responsibilities, and strong QA/QC field leadership, with a core focus on L1-L3 phases (design validation, procurement, and construction).

You will not execute commissioning tests, but you'll ensure every site is fully commissioning-ready, with issues identified and resolved early.

  • Support contract administration, compliance, and scope clarification where quality issues arise

  • Confirm completion and accuracy of pre-functional checklists, punch lists, and QA/QC documentation
  • Validate equipment start-up prerequisites and vendor documentation
  • Drive early issue resolution to prevent L4-L5 commissioning delays
Document Control & Technical Reviews
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs
  • Maintain field document control including as-builts, inspections, and vendor data
