Job summary

Merchants Building Maintenance is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor in San Diego to oversee daily support operations and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will supervise day porter and janitorial tasks, conduct regular site visits, and coordinate with the Regional Manager to complete daily cleaning and special projects on time.

You will enforce safety regulations, assist with administrative duties, and collaborate with on-site teams to deliver consistent quality.

• Janitorial Supervision: Manage day porter and janitorial operations across assigned locations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct multiple daily site visits using a company vehicle to ensure high standards, including joint inspections with on-site management and clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure all daily cleaning tasks and special projects are completed on schedule.
• Safety & Compliance: Observe and strictly enforce all facility and company security and safety regulations.
• Administrative Support: Handle additional operational tasks and administrative duties as required.
