Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a distribution center in Piscataway, NJ. You will lead quality initiatives and training programs to support operational excellence and positive employee experiences, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities include directing QA expectations, asset protection practices, process evaluations to reduce risk, collaboration with DC leaders, coaching, and managing hiring and training compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in distribution, operations, warehousing, customer service, military or related field
• 2 years of supervisory experience in business, military or related field

Job description
