Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee final mile delivery and installation teams across regional warehouses. You’ll manage day-to-day receiving, storage and dispatch, while guiding Best Buy employees and partners to deliver a best-in-class customer and employee experience.

You will supervise labor, analytics, and coaching, ensuring operational consistency and strategic alignment with company goals. This role requires travel as needed and a commitment to safety and quality execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager.
• 2 years of sales, installation, logistics, operations, warehouse, inventory or customer service experience.
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight as needed.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents, etc.)
• Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire.

Job description

In addition to final mile execution, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatching. You’ll also lead Best Buy employees and third-party partners to enable a best-in-class customer and employee experience.
