Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Elmhurst, Illinois seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve our quality function on the production floor. This hands-on role requires managing quality systems while actively on the manufacturing shop floor.

You will drive corrective actions, supplier and process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure products meet specs and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in wire harness, cable assembly, electrical/electromechanical manufacturing.
• Hands-on leadership on the production floor.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the quality management function.
• Establish and maintain quality systems across incoming materials, production, testing, final inspection and customer shipments.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Operations to meet specifications and standards.
• Own corrective actions, customer issues and continuous-improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to lead andcontinuously improve the quality management function at our electrical wiring harnessmanufacturing facility in Elmhurst, Illinois.The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improvingquality systems and processes across incoming materials, production, testing, finalinspection, and customer shipments. This position will work closely with Production,Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure that products consistentlymeet customer specifications, applicable industry standards, and internal qualityrequirements.The ideal candidate has experience in wire harness, cable assembly,electrical/electromechanical manufacturing, or a closely related industry andunderstands both the technical and practical aspects of manufacturing quality.
