Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing quality or engineering.
• Experience interpreting industry quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills with SPC and data-driven problem solving.

• Oversee compliance documentation for UL, ETL, and CSA standards to maintain regulatory integrity.
• Analyze process capability data and statistical trends to identify improvement opportunities.

• Manage qualification and calibration of inspection equipment for precise data collection.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to audit and resolve material quality concerns.

• Oversee compliance documentation for UL, ETL, and CSA standards to maintain regulatory integrity.
• Analyze process capability data and statistical trends to proactively identify areas for performance enhancement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing corrective actions and investigating customer-reported product issues.
• Manage the qualification and calibration of inspection and measurement equipment to ensure precise data collection.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to conduct audits and resolve material quality concerns.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives that streamline manufacturing workflows and reduce waste.

Qualifications
