Drug and alcohol abuse is highly detrimental to the health and safety of employees in the workplace. Before an alcohol or drug test is administered, the applicant must sign a Leo Tech, LLC consent form authorizing the test and permitting the release of test results to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) and the designated Human Resources Representative. Failure to sign the release or cooperate in test procedures shall be deemed a withdrawal of the employment application.
