Job Description: Loan Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure reporting compliance
• Prepare and validate monthly reporting
• Review and verify loan system data for new business and renewals against documentation and credit approval
• Review loan maintenance entered by loan analysts and officers
• Gather data and deliver statistics for quality control
• Verify maintenance affecting loans processed outside of Loan Operations
• Document, communicate, and follow-up on loan corrections; report QC items
• Manage QC team workload and assign tasks
• Establish procedures and train QC team members
• Assist with department projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior managerial or team lead experience required
• Strong project management skills; SOX controls preferred
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas & pivot tables)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control within banking or mortgage loan underwriting
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $71,000 - $92,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation varies based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, parental leave, EAP, 401(k) with company match, FSA, stock purchase plan, critical illness, accident insurance, transportation benefits, and pet insurance.
