Job summary

Kleen Test Products on Strasburg's manufacturing floor is seeking a QC Line Technician to help ensure product quality. You will perform in-process inspections, verify weights, measurements, labeling, coding and appearance on products, and conduct tests with pH meters, balances and vacuum testers.

This hands-on role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective documentation, and collaboration with production teams to meet customer and regulatory specifications.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3–6 months in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify defects.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Effective documentation and communication of inspection results.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process quality inspections on production lines.
  • Verify product weights, measurements, labeling, coding, and appearance.
  • Conduct testing using quality equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers.
  • Complete quality documentation accurately and on time.
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns to production leadership.

Kleen Test Products (KTP), a leading contract manufacturer of household and personal care products, is looking for a QC Line Technician to help ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products made for nationally recognized brands.

This is a hands‑on role for individuals who enjoy being on the manufacturing floor, identifying quality issues before they become problems, and working closely with production teams to maintain high standards.

Candidates must be available for an in‑person interview.

Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do
