Job summary

Kleen Test Products Corporation in Mequon, Wisconsin is seeking Quality Control Line Technicians to conduct quality inspections, document results, and ensure production adheres to quality systems. Successful candidates will perform weight checks, measurements, and visual assessments to protect product quality.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and 3–6 months of QC or manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic computer skills.

  • Ensure production processes meet all quality system requirements.
  • Use lab and testing equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers.
  • Maintain traceability and correct labeling of materials on the line.

What You’ll Do As a QC Line Tech

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous QC or manufacturing experience - at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
  • Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
  • Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
  • Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
  • Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
