Job summary
Brayman Construction Corporation is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to join our team of professionals in Ohio. The role oversees our quality control staff, ensures adherence to QC procedures, and develops tests and procedures meeting project requirements.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and PE registration.
- Experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers is a plus.
- Experience in the inspection and testing of various construction disciplines like post tension anchoring, concrete, soils heavy construction.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our team of Quality Control staff and collaborate with other project team members
- Ensure that the company's quality control procedures are being followed
- Develop and implement quality control tests and procedures that meet or exceed company and project requirements
