Job summary

CTC Global Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the daily QC operations. You will oversee Test Lab Technicians, Rollerbend Operators, Machine Shop Inspectors, and Document Control Clerks to maintain world-class quality across all products.

You will drive safety, scheduling, and performance metrics, ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment, manage QC inventory, and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve manufacturing issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role within a Quality manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• Experience working in ISO 9001/ANSI/NADCAP/AS or equivalent environments.
• Intermediate computer skills (ERP system and Microsoft Office).
• Experience reading engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all shift QC team members.
• Actively lead and motivate the QC team to achieve global success.
• Manage the QC shift schedule, including attendance tracking.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
• Manage QC supplies and consumables inventory.
• Oversee testing and inspection to established process standards.
• Screen product records for conformance and certify releases.
• Collaborate with multi-department teams to resolve issues.
• Report daily operations status and performance trends.
• Ensure safe practices and working environments.
