Job summary

Clariant SE in Colton, California seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to champion quality across the product lifecycle, lead quality systems, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and ISO requirements.

You will mentor QC technicians, manage audits, support new product introductions, and coordinate corrective actions to deliver reliable products that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in quality assurance.
• Lean Six Sigma, 5S, ISO 9001 and QA experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Quality Control/QA team in audits (internal and customer) and ensures compliance with ISO 9001.
• Drives Management of Change activities impacting Quality Control.
• Mentors and trains QC technicians on policies and procedures.
• Designs and implements best quality practices for product development and QC methods.
