Job summary
Kane Partners LLC in Doylestown, PA seeks an experienced Quality Control Lead to oversee inspection activities and lead the quality function. Qualifications
- Experience programming and operating CMMs using PC-DMIS.
- Strong GD&T knowledge and interpretation of drawings.
- Experience inspecting precision-machined components and electromechanical assemblies.
- Proficiency with standard inspection equipment and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with quality systems and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inspection activities to support schedules and commitments.
- Manage receiving, in-process, final, and first article inspections.
- Ensure accurate, efficient inspection processes per quality requirements.
- Review inspection records and quality documentation for accuracy.
- Evaluate nonconforming material and implement corrective actions.
- Lead audits and quality system compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations leadership.
