Qualifications

• Must read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T, including datums and feature control frames.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools and CMM operation.
• Strong math, analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of CNC-machined and fabricated components.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality reports for various stages.
• Identify nonconforming material or workmanship and document disposition actions.
• Support calibration, verification, and calibration activities for inspection equipment.
• Communicate findings and corrective-action needs to Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Assist root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement efforts with minimal shop disruption.
