Job summary

Fox Factory in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Quality Leader to drive continuous improvements in our manufacturing quality control processes and to mentor technicians and inspectors on standard practices.

The role requires a HS diploma, 5+ years in quality control in manufacturing, and strong leadership with Lean knowledge. An AA in a technical discipline is preferred. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to guide quality teams.
• Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Capable of data collection, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gives direction and improvement recommendations for quality processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality control standards.
• Monitors quality processes.
• May conduct quality training programs for technicians, inspectors and/or for the production line.
• Mentors quality and line staff and facilitates problem solving.
• Maintains standard quality practices across all processes.
• Records data, makes computations, analyzes results, and writes reports.
