Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group in the United States is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to ensure adherence to quality standards on heavy civil projects, including coal ash remediation and liner systems. You will develop QC plans, conduct inspections, coordinate soil and concrete testing, and drive corrective actions with project teams.

Strong knowledge of liners, materials, and safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality control on heavy civil construction projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for secured facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines for heavy civil construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate, oversee, and document soil and concrete testing.
• Identify, address, and prevent quality issues or deficiencies in construction processes, materials, or workmanship.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Maintain project documents to reflect quality requirements and completed work.
• Provide guidance on quality control practices and conduct training sessions for project personnel.
• Monitor quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle and report performance metrics.
• Participate in quality-related meetings to improve overall project quality.
• Travel to different project sites as needed.
